Pathway 33 was created to bridge the gap between compassion and capability for underserved Medi-Cal beneficiaries who need support to live independently. Our name reflects our belief that every individual deserves a pathway — not just to survive, but to thrive — through dignity-driven care.
To empower adults with physical, behavioral, or developmental challenges to gain independence through life skills, wellness, and integrated support services.
To build a future where every person can grow, heal, and live independently in the community — supported with compassion and care.
At Pathway 33, we treat every person with dignity and respect. Our care is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and built on trust. We believe in accountability, transparency, and empowering each individual with the tools and support they need to live independently.
